Nevis Range mountain biking and winter sports

Nevis Range is Fort William's outdoor mountain centre for winter sports, downhill mountain biking, forest path cycling and walking. It operates the only mountain gondola cable-car in the UK and welcomes and hosts international events throughout the year.

Although located in the Glen Great near Torlundy, is it only 10-15 minutes by car or bus to Fort William town centre. Over the years its links and projects with Forest Enterprise have created a fantastic series of forested cycle and walking paths for visitors to enjoy at all levels of outdoor recreation.

Nevis Range has a cafe at the base station and a restaurant on the mountain at the end of the gondola ride. There's also a mountain shop, toilets and a viewing balcony - perfect for photos and video of the surrounding hills and lochs.

Nevis Range is perfect for any group looking to visit a mountain environment. Coach parties are welcome
